How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your unique tracking number. You can use this number on our tracking page.
How long will my delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Shipping takes approximately 5-8 working days, depending on the delivery location.
The total time is composed of processing time + shipping time.
I haven't received my order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first, as sometimes emails can end up there.
If you still can't find it after an hour, it's possible there was a small typo in the email address at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you've made a mistake with your address, please contact us immediately at info@sentistoys.store.
We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched.
Please include your order number and the correct address in your email to speed up the process.
