Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days, and shipping will take around 5 to 9 business days depending on your shipping location. Total shipping time is Processing Time + Shipping Time.

However, external factors such as customs clearance and local logistics may cause variations. In case of delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We offer tracked shipping, allowing you to monitor your parcel. Please note that it may take 2 to 5 days for tracking information to be updated in the system.

Our products are stored directly with our manufacturers in Asia or Europe. To enhance efficiency and provide our global customers with competitive shipping conditions, we have outsourced our shipping services.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details entered are correct. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,
  • Unpaid customs duties or taxes,
  • Unclaimed parcel at the local postal office,
  • Any other issue preventing successful delivery,

the customer must contact us at info@sentistoys.store to arrange re-shipment. Any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Costs & Additional Charges

We offer free shipping based on factors like selected products, promotional periods, or minimum spend. The minimum spend for free shipping may change at any time.

Shipping options will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Destination country,
  • Selected shipping method,
  • Parcel size and weight.

Please note that additional charges such as VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Liability Disclaimer

Ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer once the products are shipped and leave our warehouse. We are not responsible for any issues that arise during transit. However, if you encounter a delivery problem, please contact us, and we will do our best to offer a suitable solution.

Address Policy & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete. We kindly ask all customers to carefully review their details before finalizing the order, including:

  • Full recipient name
  • Address with house/flat number, additional details (if applicable), and correct postcode
  • Any additional instructions that may facilitate delivery

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we do not take responsibility for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Additional costs associated with re-delivery or redirection of the order

If an incorrect address prevents delivery, the customer will have the following options depending on the order status:

  • Order already dispatched:
    • If the package is returned to our distribution center, a fee will be charged for re-shipping.
  • Order in transit:
    • Address changes will not be possible at this stage. Any additional costs for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes

Address change requests can be made before dispatch. After the order has been shipped, changes will not be possible.

Important Notice

Orders that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund of the shipping cost or the order value.

Should nobody be home, the courier will either;

Leave your parcel in a safe place;
Leave with a Neighbour;
Leave at a local collection place;
Leave a card to arrange re-delivery;
