How to add my own favourite retro games?
Prep the Card: Switch off the RetroPlay. Remove the microSD card from the TF2/EXT slot.
Connect to PC: Insert the games card into your computer and open the roms folder.
Copy Games: Drag and drop your game files into the matching console folder (e.g., a SNES game file goes into the snes folder).
Eject & Return: Safely eject the card from your PC and put it back into the R36S's TF2 slot.
Update List: Power on the console. In the main menu, press START > UI Settings > Update Gamelists. Your games will now appear.
How long does the battery last?
RetroPlay lasts up to 10 hours on a full charge and fully recharges in under 2 hours with the included USB-C cable.
How well do the games run?
RetroPlay's system uses a quad-core processor for fast, smooth gameplay. Most games run great out of the box, though some advanced titles may require small setting tweaks.
Does it come with a memory card?
Yes, each RetroPlay includes a 64gb microSD card with over 15,000+ classic games. You can upgrade it anytime.
What does the 1-Year Warranty cover?
Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects with the console hardware. If your device develops a fault that wasn't caused by accidental damage (e.g., dropping or water damage), we will repair or replace it free of charge.
